knowledge worker). Most of the studies and practices in knowledge management (KM) is focused on the organizational level, with the aim of both the development environment, which are created using the knowledge and the introduction of specific techniques and technologies that support this process. In many companies, the problem of the individual worker and the personal side of KM is often ignored: recommendations and systems are developed and implemented without a substantial analysis of how innovation activities and the daily information needs of the individual worker. As a result, staff often perceive new KM - event work as an obstacle rather than a tool to optimize [Efimova, 2005].
Ten years ago ( 1999. ) A group of researchers from Millikin University ( z. Decatur, pc. Illinois, USA), headed by Prof.. Paul Dorsey set out to investigate the problem of information processing by the individual in modern conditions of unrestrained increase in its scope and resources. Their work was the birth of the concept of Personal Knowledge Management (Personal Knowledge Management) which were based. Seven Habits of the information.
Personal Knowledge Management ( QSP ) - this is an area which is designed to provide high quality activities of an individual employee's knowledge (knowledge worker) and to strengthen its competitive advantage in the labor market, in the professional sector and society as a whole.
QSP is to use a number of relatively simple and inexpensive ( or free - free) technologies and tools widely available and suitable for the acquisition, creation and use of knowledge, allowing to develop and maintain personal contacts in the community network and collaborate with colleagues.
The figure shows the structure of PHOs tools. It is extremely abstaktna not purport to subject area, but in the following positions QSP -based tools will be discussed in more detail.
